Additional printer drivers greyed out


















 · The printer is a HP P laser jet shared on a Windows R2 Server. Seems to be an issue chosing the Tray. When selecting output to tray 2 and applying the driver reset's itself to Automatically Select. Also all options on the Advanced TAB are greyed out and unavailable so they can't choose another driver.  · When you try to install additional drivers on a Windows Server Print Server, the option to install additional drivers will be greyed out if you have accessed this interface from the properties of a printer. This is normal behaviour. To fix this, install additional drivers from the Print Management interface.  · Server additional drivers for Shared Printer greyed out.
